The location was great and comfortable, and we could reach Antigua Guatemala by walking. Loved to hang out in the center, it's at a medium distance from the hotel. The restaurant was WELL MAINTAINED with wonderful food and for every budget.

My rollercoaster experience!
The charming courtyards and responsive staff enhanced our stay! Breakfast options were abundant and exquisitely presented.
A disruptive reception party ruined our night, disregarding guest comfort entirely. We were disappointed by the management's lack of consideration regarding noise.

Couples with a taste for luxury
The spa was an absolute highlight. Paula and Glenda gave us the most relaxing massages after a tiring day. Also the food was amazing, we savored every bite!
It wasn't cheap, but the experience felt worth it in the end.

The hotel offers a charming atmosphere with helpful staff and lovely private rooms. Although check-in was a bit chaotic and noise from events disrupted sleep, the breakfast was delicious and the views from the terrace were stunning, making it a worthwhile experience overall.

would come again
The master suite was super cozy, had air conditioning and a private bathroom with an amazing shower and high-quality toiletries. The room was spick and span, with comfy linens and good lighting. The restaurant served a really good breakfast with fresh options. Plus, there's a lovely terrace.

missingWrote a review on 03 Julnoisy environment
Despite the appealing surroundings, our stay had its share of disappointments. The junior suite we booked felt cramped, with a shared terrace that wasn't the private space we envisioned. Noise from neighboring cafés and pedestrian traffic made securing a quiet night's sleep quite the challenge. The bathroom lacked some essential amenities, and the towels showed signs of wear with a hint of mildew that could be improved. Some accuracy in room descriptions and soundproofing could elevate the experience.

The hotel features beautifully decorated rooms with charming courtyards. My room had a lovely design, and the beds were very comfortable. The high water pressure in the shower was a real plus. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main attractions of Antigua. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the terrace with fine views of the volcanoes. The gardens around the hotel add a serene touch. Staff were friendly, but addressing dietary restrictions during dining could improve. I encountered some issues with breakfast timing, which took longer than expected due to a busy restaurant. My experience was enjoyable, but better communication regarding dining options would enhance the visit.
